The vineyard

30 hectares located approximately 4 km from the estate, of which 20 hectares of vines in AOC Faugères: Syrah 9.20 ha (46%), Grenache Noir + Lledoner 3.85 ha (19%), Carignan 2.50 ha (13%), Mourvèdre 2.00 ha (10%), Grenache Gris 1.60 ha (8%), Grey and rosé collection 0.85 ha (4%). Approximately 3 hectares uprooted in 2025 (low yield, obsolete trellising), to be replanted. Average annual production between 650 and 750 hectolitres, approximately 80,000 bottles of 75 cl. 100% bottled sales: 90% export, 10% France.

The olive grove

250 olive trees distributed around the winery and bordering the vineyards. Varieties: Lucques, Picual, Arbequine, Leccino, Picholine. Average age 50 years, some specimens 400+ years old.
